Governor Jindal do mind legalizing the Constitution?  Have you ever read the Constitution Mr Governor?  We got the Supreme Court having to come down here and babysit our prisons, the Fourth Ammendment is basically meaningless because of all these Laws your signing!  The Supreme Court will have to weigh in continuosly as long as Bobby Jindal is able to sign Laws   I don't see anything Constitutional about the way this State is being ran, I see failed policy after failed policy and I dont see violent crime getting any better.  We're cutting people's heads off, kids are being stuffed into trash can's here!  Legalize the Constitution Bobby Jindal.  If it's not a violent crime intitiative get it out of our face sir.  Get it out of our face.  Steve Spell II

The Poison Control Center Numbers regarding synthetic marijuana are meaningless!  Go to their website you will see that the term "exposure" just means incidental contact in some way, MAY mean ingestion.  Exposure does'nt necessarily mean that theres been a poisoning or overdose.  WTF?  Exposure doesn't mean poisoning or overdose???  Yet this statistic is being used to unlawfully, burden interstate commerce and pass legislation with maximum and severe penalties.  We have got to purge these corrupt officials who are frauding the voters and taxpayers with these phony statistics and Laws.  We've got to investigate the Poison Control Offices as well.  How can they tell someone over the phone what they are in possession of?  For the Poison Control Centers to tell the caller they are in possession of synthetic marijuana is wreckless education.  They are infering upon the caller that it may be ok to consume the said merchandise by telling them they are in possession of synthetic marijuana.  There is no way to know what the caller is in possession of.  PERIOD!  Furthermore there is no standardized nomenclature for what would be considered as such a thing as synthetic marijuana.  We dont know what that is.  None of us do. Were waiting on the Federal Government to give us some definitions.  They are working on it but the poison control centers seem to have it all figured out for the caller.  Mr Jim Hirt says" The poison control centers are open 7 days a week 24 hours a day and we are ready to answer all of your questions concerning synthetic marijuana"!  Mr Jim Hirts is damn near offering milk and cookies to the public to call in and that gets called an exposure!  Visit here to see what I'm talking about for yourself;

   It's entirely probable that Gov Jindal's all encompassing super broad structure ban is going to be viewed by the foreign markets as a hostile act! Gov Jindal, did you call the President and tell him that you were about to restrict $100,000,000 of liquid assets from flowing through the United State Treasury? I pulled this fish from the jaws of a feeding alligator. This Spoonbill Catfish is a protected species here in the South and there are certain ways that you are NOT allowed to fish for it. Was snatching this poor fish from the jaws of a feeding alligator illegal? Hell no…I wasn’t fishing for it, I took the fish from the gator because there were kids swimming nearby! Mr Governor did you read the fiscal note attached to this law? 
HB 12?  Here is what it said;

"Current law provides that the fine...to produce, manufacture, distribute, or dispense or possess with the intent to produce, manufacture, distribute, or dispense...” is not more than $50,000 and the fine for possession is not more than $5,000."

Governor Jindal sir....If I make $45,000.00 this year can I put zero on my income tax form?  Your first arrest immediately froze and seized $500,000.00 straight from the United States Treasury!  So how do you explain your Fiscal Instrument of Law posted on the State's website as a matter of Public Record stating as a matter of fact that;  There will be no impact on State Revenues as a result of this measure......How do you sign off on this Mr Governor?

So you local lawmakers swear on official documents that there isnt going to be any impact on revenues, but then claim that you will collect revenue from the imposition of fines and incarceration, in essence you are denying the Federal Government the Right to Revenues, while demanding that they oversee your prisons that you cant effectively manage.  Denying Revenues and Demanding oversight....meanwhile the fines acrue to the local Government entities and the Federal Government if forced to borrow money to provide oversight for your prisons!  Governor Jindal....WTF are you doing sir?  This is a classic textbook example of how to raid the Federal Treausury of the United States of America!  This is perhaps why our Federal Government is turning there back on us now Mr Governor.  You havent lent any credibility for us sir.

Hey Mr. Politician!  This is the finger that puts you in office; this is also the finger that operates the cash register the most important machine in the economy that you just shut down.  So now this finger will operate the computer and Iphone 4 as it points at your administration!  Consider this a Republican attack from within.  Governor Jindal we reject this regulation out right!  Remember that this is a riposte to a hostile act.   We the backbone of this economy are under attack by your administration.  We are fighting back and fighting for our very survival entrenched in a desperate battle in a hostile business environment that has become Louisiana as Republicans continue to regulate the human brain based on moral and secular reasons real men and women of the Business community are suffering!  Business’s suffering from ruthless hurricane attacks, police scandal BP sabotage, wildlife and oysters under attack, our very existence is threatened and undermined here as Louisiana Business’s close down across the State and now an attack on  our Constitutional right to Commerce and Free Trade further twisting the knife of unwarranted oppressive regulation and severe penalties, as Governor Jindal and Mr. Templet attempt to starve out a way of life in Louisiana we the Business Community stand sucker punched in the teeth by the very men we looked up to and voted for.  Governor Jindal please be advised that the men and women of the business community stand poised to fight back.  Nothing personal Governor this is business and you haven’t made the environment very friendly.  So we shall handle this as businessmen.

Mr. Templet;  Have you specifically considered the Constitutionality of this Bill?  Were you thinking about the Constitution when you drafted housebill 12?  I wonder if our thinking about it now...Mr. Templet just keep writing we will keep reading and complying.  Your legacy will be failed attempts at legislating the human brain into bankruptcy with the confines of the State.  A State that is supposed to be the shining beacon for all others in the Union, You’ve made dunces and vagrants of us all with this ineffective legislative blunder known as House Bill 12!

Governor Jindal do mind legalizing the Constitution? Have you ever read the Constitution Mr Governor? We got the Supreme Court having to come down here and babysit our prisons, the Fourth Ammendment is basically meaningless because of all these Laws your signing! The Supreme Court will have to weigh in continuosly as long as Bobby Jindal is able to sign Laws I don't see anything Constitutional about the way this State is being ran, I see failed policy after failed policy and I dont see violent crime getting any better. Governor Jindal has decided to define fake weed, synthetic marijuana for the entire world!  Every  State has a different definition, this type of Local seizure of United States Assets so unduly burdens Interstate and Foreign commerce, that it's  impossible not to feel the financial strain that this is causing, but Governor Jindal is attempting to fraud us into believing that there is no financial pain as a result of his synthetic marijuana Law.  Over 6,000 stores were selling similar merchandise.  What do you mean there will be no impact to State Revenues as a result of this Bill???  WOW!  Can we get a Politician that just tells the truth to the people of Louisiana?  If we are looking for a reason to have faith in Politics, Bobby Jindal aint it.  Steve Spell II
